These Terms and Conditions aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between IL SAENG DONG AN Korean Pharmacy (hereinafter referred to as 'the Pharmacy') and customers regarding the use of herbal medicine preparation, sales, and health consultation services provided by the Pharmacy.
1. 'Service' refers to all services provided by the Pharmacy, including herbal medicine preparation and sales, customized consultation, and health functional food sales.
2. 'Customer' refers to individuals who visit the Pharmacy or apply for consultation and reservations online.
3. 'Pharmacist' refers to licensed professionals who perform customer consultation and herbal medicine preparation at the Pharmacy.
4. The definitions of terms used in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws and service-specific guidelines.
1. Herbal Medicine Preparation and Sales: Customized herbal medicines are prepared and provided according to the customer's constitution and health condition.
2. Health Consultation: Pharmacists assess the customer's health condition and advise on appropriate herbal medicines and lifestyle improvements.
3. Health Functional Food Sales: Health functional foods and supplements for customer health promotion are sold.
4. Other Services: Includes wellness programs and other services additionally provided by the Pharmacy.
1. Customers can use services through pharmacy visits, phone calls, or online reservations.
2. Herbal medicine preparation proceeds through professional consultation with pharmacists, and customers must provide accurate health information.
3. The Pharmacy may refuse or limit service provision when necessary for customer safety and health.
Refunds and exchanges of herbal medicines and health functional foods are processed in accordance with the 'Pharmaceutical Affairs Act' and the 'Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.' However, due to the nature of custom-prepared herbal medicines, refunds based on simple change of mind are not possible, and exchanges or refunds are only available in cases of product defects.
The Pharmacy is not responsible for problems arising from inaccurate or incomplete health information provided by customers. Additionally, the Pharmacy is exempt from liability when service provision is impossible due to natural disasters, force majeure, or other circumstances not attributable to the Pharmacy.
